Please do not be mislead by the road signs which point towards the old Beccles Heliport entrance.

From Norwich take the A146 towards Lowestoft, just before North Cove turn right, signposted Hulver Street. After about 1 mile along a narrow lane the Airfield is on your right.

From Lowestoft take the A146 towards Norwich, after approx seven miles, at the village of North Cove turn left, signposted Hulver Street. After about 1 mile along a narrow lane the Airfield is on your right.

From Ipswich follow A12 to Frostenden, take left turn after toilets on to B1127, follow signs for Hulver Street, drive through the village, take first turn right, then immediately left into narrow lane, drive carefully up hill and Beccles Airfield entrance is on your left.

The airfield is 39 miles from CLN VOR on the 030 radial.  The runway is licenced as 750 metres and is made up of 500m of concrete and 250m of grass at the Eastern end.  09 is a RH circuit and 27 is LH, both @ 1000'. Aerial view
